We purchased this camper in July of 2014. A full PDI (pre-delivery inspection) was done at the time of purchase so everything was in working order when we took delivery including a new microwave convection oven. We are selling because work schedules aren't allowing us to use it as much as we would like. We keep it under an RV shelter to protect it from the weather. RV Web lists these used units in the $41000 - $65000 price range. It is in excellent condition.
