2006 Phaeton 40QDH - This great coach was the original GIGI's Cupcakes Motorhome! See the photo. It had a wrap on it for about 4 years so the paint is in great shape. It has been well maintained, and with its many upgrades, this is one you should at least look at! It's very clean and gently used with 900 hours on the generator, 85,702 miles on the 350 CAT. All maintenance has been painstakingly done thru the entire life of the MH. Much of upgrades and maintenance have been done at RED BAY. Records of everything that has ever been done to this motor coach is in 2 portable files. All records are will be given to the new owner. Also, for quick and easy reference, I have logged all of the pertinent maintenance on an EXCEL Spreadsheet which will also be given to the new owner. We have invested $21,000 in this motorhome to keep it current and comfortable. It has tile throughout, a weather barnwood-look tile in the bedroom, King Digital antenna, Winegard Road trip satellite which will pick up DIRECT TV or DISH. It has 2 Flat screen TVs, one 37" and one 32". This MH has a gas oven as well which makes it easy to cook on the road. Dark solid countertops really show off the maple wood. Bench seats around the table allow for more essential storage under the seats. The original dining chairs are hidden under the bed. The original couch and the recliner have been replaced. My husband has changed every lamp out with LEDs in the wall sconces. It has a new TripleVison split screen backup w/2 side cameras installed in Oct. 2016. The dash has a new JVC Bluetooth navigation w/SiriusXM Satelite radio, and the computer and computer screen has been removed. In its place, another drawer, and cubbyholes for items needed in an instant while you're on the road. In June 2016 A new Whirlpool residential fridge with icemaker was installed by Brannon who worked for Tiffin. It has A Nice 3 burner Gas stove with an oven, an in-house vacuum, new King size foam mattress, 2 bath sinks, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. A nice size shower is a must for me and this one has it! Up-lighting or ambient lighting has been skillfully added on top of the slides in the living room and under the kitchen counter. We have upgraded all windows w/roller shades which include sunscreens in all but the bathroom. Faucets have all been replaced, Wheel covers screens and exterior window screens for all windows snap on/off easily and will also be included. My husband is very particular and this bus has been well taken care of.
