In great condition with 3 slide outs, Powered by
a Cat. Queen bed in the rear with 2 recliners.
Bench table lays flat to sleeping area. Couch
pulls out to full size bed. Small couch scissors
flat. Awnings over each window. Patio awning is
electric. Also a small crank awning over door
entry. Power step. Reclining passenger seat with
foot rest. Cruise control, tilt wheel, fully
automatic leveling system and power slides. Rear
camera. 2 AC units. No rain, power exhaust fans.
Washer/dryer ready. Slide through storage. (LOTS
of storage). The matching golf cart shown below
is included in the asking price. Everything
works great! We have all manuals and paperwork
that originally came with it as well as the logs
of regular maintenance performed. In motion
satellite, tow bars and brake buddy also
included. We are also willing to leave any items
such as pots/pans/dishes. This is a non smoking
camper, carpets were shampooed each year before
storing. Has 2 recliners in the back, we have 1
stored as we used that area for a pack and play
when our daughter was young. The bedspread has
been dry cleaned and stored. We didn't use it
for camping. All throw pillows, interior
Upholstery and more is in excellent condition.
It does have a pocket door separating the
bathroom from main living area and a small
windowed door with blinds separating the bedroom
area from the bathroom area. |
