We (Craig and Diane) are trying to get around $55,000.00 since we have replaced/repaired all the items below.
This is a list of everything we have replaced and/or repaired in the last 2 years:
Front end stabilizers (new springs and adjustment to the correct tensions). New water pump. New step motor. New windshield. New awning. New short queen memory foam mattress in bedroom. New TV in front and sound bar. New toilet. New faucet in the kitchen. All new hoses and belts for the engine. A tune increased horsepower to approximately 360 at approximately 710 foot pounds. New power steering reservoir and hoses. Allison transmission was serviced. Booth re-upholstered. 2 year old Michelin 19.5 tires. Coach batteries – new in 2020.

Good to know items:
Tons of cabinet space in the living/kitchen/bedroom areas and 1 big wardrobe with 3 doors. There is a pull door to close off just the bedroom and a second one to close off the bathroom area. Separate toilet area with door. The couch is a full-sized queen hide-a-bed. All fuses are checked and good. The big slide goes out 35 inches. The small slide goes out about 24 inches. There is room next to the TV for a DVD player and satellite receiver.
