Every year we have taken a long trip covering almost every state in the lower 48. (see sticker on side of front driver side slide) For the last 3 years our trips have included weeks of off-grid / boon-docking style camping. Our kids are grown now so we are selling to take a break from RV'ing for a few years. This coach is very well suited for camping off the beaten path or off-grid living. I have also attached a picture with a list of all the upgrades we have made over the years including items like 6 kwh of Battleborn LiON batteries and Victron Inverter and Solar components. Items in the picture with a RED dollar value can easily be removed from the RV and thus reduce the price.
The RV is in very good condition for Main Engine and Transmission with professional service done every year. Lats service was done in October 2021 just before our trip in November. We have never had an issue with the main engine / transmission. With less than 100K miles the Cummins/Allison drivetrain has many many more miles of life to go.
I have reduced the price from the "book value" in consideration of some items in need of repair as follows
- patio awning needs motor replaced and fabric installed
- front of RV has a diamond shield film from the factory that is discolored. This is defect known for many RVs of this timeframe. The solution is to get it replaced for $3000 or so or get an RV Bra for the front for under $1000
- some de-lamination in a few sections of the outside walls - a few years back we visited the factory and had them look at it and we were advised it was common and not to a point it needed repair
- carpet is showing its age and if we were to keep the RV we would probably remove and replace with vinyl plank or similar flooring throughout
- in a few places the wallpaper needs some TLC
- the driver side slide topper is due for replacement. It was replaced in 2015, the others were replaced in 2017 ad 2019. All are tough top awnings
