Purchase from the original owner who kept meticulous records in excellent condition they only sold it cause they bought a cabin. I was so impressed with the condition of the coach and maintenance records RV was kept indoors it's whole life. I made cosmetic upgrades by choice: brand new sleeper leather couch, leather glide chair that's still under warranty, new queen bed, sealed and polished countertops, new delta shower head, and all the wood cabinets has been hand-polished and treated. RV comes with extra perks etc: plumbing, parts, and miscellaneous items.
We haven't used it much since purchase.
Reason for selling is that daughter is going into the Air Force Reserves so it won't be in use. there is no negotiation room especially for dealers. I’ll price is firm. This RV have been very well-kept and have not been in much to use since we purchased it and we have put quite a bit of TLC in it.
