ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A GREAT MOTOR HOME. Well I may have the one you are looking for. I have a very clean 40 ft. 2002 Newmar Dutch Star model #4095 [with some changes to bath room]. It has living room slide and bedroom slide the Motor Home is Ready to Travel. I have some good times going all over the USA in it but am getting older and feel it time to stop. It has a Cummins 350 Diesel on a Spartan chassis with a Banks Power Pack and Allison Automatic Transmission. {The combination makes right at 8 MPG.} It is equipped with Four Alcoa 275/70R 22.5 Aluminum Wheels, the front tires are new and the rear are about 40% The unit has composite walls { not standard } with a custom paint job in 2009 and does't have a scratch on it. It has a Diesel 7500 Onan Generator on a slide out tray that supply the power for dual 15000 Air Conditioners with Heat Pumps and 42000 BTU Furnace. Four House Batteries and Two Engine Batteries, It has a new electric powered 21 ft duel control main awning with manual awnings on all the other windows, awnings front door and front windshield covers. {Inside} CDI Blinds throughout, Three blinds with electric motors, Three Fantastic Fans, Queen size bed, full length Clothes Closet across the back, Shower and Lavatory, with special Toilet Room, Floor to Ceiling Pantry, Three Burner Cook Stove, 1233 Watt Microwave Convection Oven.
